Prior to joining Carmichael Centre in 2008 Aidan worked as the Promotions and Development Officer for the National Aquatic Centre in Blanchardstown. Aidan also worked for Shelbourne F.C. in the commercial department and prior to that he held management and operations posts for various airlines in both Ireland and the UK.
