Ava joined Carmichael Centre as CEO in 2007 having spent 5 years as Director of Services with Brainwave, The Irish Epilepsy Association and several years in Training and Research Management with the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (ISPCC). Ava manages a team of 56 full-time and part time staff and trainees and is the Company Secretary for Carmichael Centre for Voluntary Groups.
