Prior to joining Carmichael Centre, Caroline spent 12 years in Ireland and Finland lecturing in the areas of strategic management and marketing and has held marketing management positions with both Shannon College of Hotel Management and Mikkeli Polytechnic. She also has a background in production management and has been actively engaged in community development in Clare for 9 years.
