Carmichael Centre Governance Code Compliance Statement:

We comply with the Governance Code for community, voluntary and charitable organisations in Ireland. We confirm that a review of our organisation’s compliance with the principles in the Code was conducted on 26th of June 2012. This review was based on an assessment of our organisational practice against the recommended actions for each principle. The review sets out actions and completion dates for any issues that the assessment identifies need to be addressed.

Public Compliance Statement

Carmichael Centre for Voluntary Groups is committed to complying with the Statement for Guiding Principles for Fundraising and has formally discussed and adopted the Statement at a meeting of the governing body.

Carmichael Centre for Voluntary Groups confirms its commitment to the principles set out in the Statement of Guiding Principles for Fundraising by a statement to that effect in its annual report.

Carmichael Centre for Voluntary Groups has a Donor Charter which is consistent with the Statement of Guiding Principles for Fundraising.

Carmichael Centre for Voluntary Groups regularly monitors compliance with the Statement of Guiding Principles for Fundraising and compliance reports are received regularly by the governing body.

Carmichael Centre for Voluntary Groups considers the Statement of Guiding Principles for Fundraising when planning all fundraising activity.

Carmichael Centre for Voluntary Groups does not have a policy on working with third party fundraisers as it is not applicable.

Carmichael Centre for Voluntary Groups has appointed the CEO to be responsible for compliance with the Statement of Guiding Principles for Fundraising.
