The aim of this session is to help participants identify what is involved in writing a good record of a meeting.

This session is for anyone involved in minute-taking, primarily those taking minutes but also for those who have to review minutes. The session will involve presentation and working in groups. Participants should bring a copy of several types of minutes for their organisation, particularly ones that they have written or been involved in.
