Constructing and implementing a fundraising strategy for your organisation.

This workshop will help individuals and organisations grow their fundraised income in a planned and strategic manner. Participants will 'audit' their current fundraising, identifying strengths and weaknesses and ensuring fundraising opportunities are maximised. Participants will also learn about the different fundraised income streams available to them, with assistance in identifying which is right for them and a practical guide on how to introduce them in to their fundraising mix. Finally, attendees will be given the tools needed to create their fundraising strategy, the tools to help implement them, and tips and tricks to start raising more money for their work.
