John first started working in Carmichael Centre in 1999 on a 3 year FÁS Community Employment Scheme and was subsequently appointed Assistant Facilities Officer for the newly formed Community Services Programme.In May 2007 he was appointed to the position of FÁS C.E. Supervisor, with responsibility for 15 participants all of whom are on a Community Employment Scheme.
