Prior to joining Carmichael Centre Sheila worked for over twenty years in Operational and HR roles at management level in companies ranging from start up, to family firms to multi-nationals. She has lived and worked in Amsterdam, Vancouver and London. In Carmichael Centre Sheila is responsible for the strategic development, management, monitoring, evaluation and success of the Human Resources, Administration, ICT and Facilities Management functions.
