In the case of the Carmichael Centre, our ideals are based on a vision of the future in which community and voluntary organisations maintain the passion which founded them, contribute to an increase in social capital, make the best use of their resources (whether financial, human or material) and operate efficiently and effectively to achieve the goals for which they were founded. This vision underpins the work and development of the Carmichael Centre, and has enabled it to grow into a leading national resource and the largest shared services facility for voluntary and community organisations in Ireland.

Partnership is the Key
In the Carmichael Centre we have developed a partnership style of working with internal member charities, associates, service users, statutory agencies and subject matter experts. Working together, we have developed a suite of services that can accommodate organisations of varying sizes and needs. These services are delivered both within the Carmichael Centre and on an outreach basis within organisations located throughout Ireland.
