Payroll Outsourcing

We provide monthly payroll services to community and voluntary organisations employing staff. Aside from the low cost and time saving benefits of the service, the system incorporates high level data integrity and disaster recovery procedures so that you can have peace of mind and be assured that data in maintained in a highly confidential manner. State of the art technology is used to generate EFT's, payslips, and reports with all forms, such as P30's, P35's, P45's and P60's completed in a timely manner and in an ROS applicable format. Working with our payroll services team, will ensure that you are kept up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation, and have the advice and support that you need with respect to tax issues and personal tax credits.

Management Accounts Service

In addition to managing all Carmichael Centre accounts and invoicing related issues, our accounts service also provides a low cost book-keeping and management accounts service to small voluntary groups. This service has been developed to ensure that small organisations can reliably manage their financial affaires and that small charities can compile the financial records they need to comply with charities legislation.

IT Technical Support

Through our IT technical support Carmichael Centre member organisations have access to cost efficient technical advice and assistance including PC installation, repair and maintenance in addition to training in all aspects of office software and hardware technologies. Due to demand for this support, we have expanded the service on a call out basis to include north Dublin inner city voluntary and community organisations.

IT Consultancy

Whether you require the installation of an office wide network or advice on setting up a single PC, our IT consultancy service can help you. As pre-installation planning is critical to the success of a network, this support has proven invaluable to small organisations requiring assistance with site inspections, office floor planning and electrical port specifications and layout. Agencies availing of this service have access to expert advice on all aspects of network development from the specification of the cabling to the output of printers and hardware.
