Carmichael Centre is managed by a full-time CEO and core staff as well as part-time Community Employment (CE) and Community Services Project (CSP) participants. CE and CSP workers are integral to the delivery of support services offered by the centre being employed in a range of areas including reception and office services, housekeeping and catering, security, maintenance and caretaking. A number of CE participants are seconded to resident member groups and other small local organisations, with the training and administration carried out under the direct supervision of the centre.
