Target audience: Anyone interested in introducing quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation into their organisation.

Trainer: Derek O'Reilly is the Training & Support Services Manager in the Carmichael Centre and is a qualified Mentor for the PQASSO Quality Assurance Programme.

By the end of the training participants will:

·          Understand the terminology relating to monitoring and evaluation

·         Identify and clarify aims and objectives, outputs and outcomes

·         Build a planning triangle for their organisation

·         Understand the systems needed for monitoring and evaluation
