As Carmichael Centre is home to 47 resident member charities, both Carmichael House and Coleraine House, offer sociable and fun environments in which to work.

If you have a few hours to spare every so often, why not join us in Carmichael Centre as a volunteer? We can provide you with an opportunity to join our existing volunteers and become part of the team that delivers services and supports to the Community and Voluntary Sector.

Because of the broad range of services and supports which we provide, your skills and interests may be accommodated within the various service teams which run the centre. Whether it is in property upkeep, reception, administration support, marketing support, research or fundraising, there is an opportunity for you to get involved.

Volunteering within Carmichael Centre has proven a very positive experience for both volunteers and the centre alike. Aside from the chance to meet many like minded people, volunteers have an opportunity to enhance existing skills. As each volunteer is valued, a supportive learning environment is provided that encourages the sharing of knowledge, good practice and good ideas!
